is open throughout Christmas and New Year. We are only closed on Bank holidays.

Deadlines
To receive your item by Christmas you need to order by the
following dates: (UK only)
If
ordering on a next day service:
All orders placed by 1:30pm on Thursday
21st December will be delivered before Christmas.
Orders
on a standard delivery service:
Normally Standard post is 2nd class
but from the 13th December all standard deliveries will be First Class post. Royal
Mail say that First class post sent by Tuesday 19th December will arrive before
Christmas. So all orders placed by 1:30 on the 19th December should be delivered
by Christmas (according to Royal Mail).
However First class is not a guaranteed
timed delivery service, so if it's an important item we recommend you upgrade
to the Next Day delivery service.(£4.95) or risk getting it after Christmas.
We cannot be held responsible for Standard Deliveries that do not arrive in time.

Deliveries and Returns
We normally offer a 14 day money back guarantee
on goods if they are not what you wanted. For orders placed after November 10th
we have extended this to cover returns made up to the 5th of January.
So
you can buy a present for someone, and if it's not exactly what they wanted you
can return it for a refund or exchange (Your Choice). The item must be unused
and in it's orignial packaging
