We send these on a 3-5 day service. We use International
signed for for all orders over £20.

Returns
If
you are unsatisfied with your purchase in any way then please return it unused
within 14days. We will be happy to give you a full refund.
Warranty
/ Repairs
Your Suunto Wrist Top Computer is covered by a 2 year warranty.
From Suunto.com - ' If this product should fail due to defects in materials or workmanship, Suunto Oy will, at its sole option, repair or replace it with new or rebuilt parts, free of charge, for two (2) year from the date of its purchase. This warranty is extended only to the original purchaser and only covers failures due to defects in materials and workmanship that occur during normal use while in the period of the warranty.
It does not cover battery replacement, damage or failures resulting in accident, misuse, neglect, mishandling, alteration or modifications of the product, or any failure caused by operation of the product outside the scope of its published specifications, or any causes not covered by this warranty.'
If your watch malfunctions you need to register your wrist top at Suunto.com to validate the warranty and then you can request a service. Suunto pick the watch up from you, service it and return it straight to you. Please see suunto.com for full details
If your warranty has expired or been invalidated then you can request a service in the same way but need to include payment details to cover the cost of repair.

This means it is virtually impossible for any one to get your card details. When
you place an order we are notified by a secure transmission. Giving your details
over the net is therefore very secure. In fact it is most certainly safer than
giving your card over in a restaurant or giving your card details over the phone.

you go to "checkout" you will be asked to provide your address and the
delivery address, you will then be asked to confirm the shipping options and order.
Then you are asked to provide your card details. At this stage the web browser
should have a padlock displayed on the bottom of the browser window. This shows

any case, some people are still worried about giving details over the net, especially
to some faceless web site. If this is you then please call us, we can happily
take your order over the telephone.
